SHIPPING INFORMATION
- We ship from our warehouses in Pennsylvania and Florida.
- Your orders are fulfilled within 24-48 hours and are shipped via USPS
Ground Advantage unless expedited shipping options with UPS are chosen at checkout.
- All packages include tracking info that is available in your Shipping Confirmation email we send once your order is shipped.

Shipping within the U.S.
For delivery in the United States, USPS Ground Advantage is $5.95 per order or USPS Priority Shipping is $12.95 per order. Your order will be processed and mailed within 24-48 hours. We offer expedited shipping options at checkout and it will show you the expected date of arrival for each option.

Note: Depending on the country, International shipping can take a longer time to arrive-averaging 1 week - 1.5 weeks, depending on the destination.

Tracking Numbers
Tracking numbers are emailed to the email address entered at checkout. If you don't see a tracking number email after three business days, check your SPAM folder and then email us at support@bellasyard.com for assistance.
For international orders, note that tracking numbers will update slowly once the package has been shipped. Please email us at support@bellasyard.com if your package takes more than than 2-3 weeks to arrive and we will be happy to help research it for you.

How Are Orders Packaged?
All order will be shipped in a bubble mailer or small box, depending on the order size and quantity.

Haven't Received Your Order?
If your order comes back to us due to an incorrect address etc, we will attempt to contact you via email or phone (if provided). After several attempts, if we do not hear from you within 30 days, we will issue a store credit in the amount of the original purchase minus shipping.
If you do respond in 30 days and provide us with your correct address, we will gladly send your order out again, all we ask is that you pay for the reshipment fee of $5.95 due to incorrect address.
Please note that all shipping labels print automatically. The address will appear on the label exactly as the customer entered it at checkout. Please take the time to carefully look over your address to be sure it is correct and complete. If you have an apartment number, building number, lot number etc, it must be entered in order for your package to reach you.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once we have processed your order (in 24-48 hours), you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from support@bellasyard.com that will include the tracking information for your order. You will be able to click on this tracking info to track your package as it travels to you. NOTE: packages need 24 hours from the date of shipment to update in the shipping company's system. If you don't see an Order Confirmation email after placing your order OR the Shipping Confirmation email, please check your Spam/Junk folders as sometimes the emails can go into those folders. If you haven't received the emails in either of those folders, please don't hesitate to email us at support@bellasyard.com. We will be happy to look into the tracking information for your order and update you on its location.
