Your order may be split into one or two shipments as we have two warehouses in PA and FL that we ship from. If you receive only part of your order, please feel free to email our support at support@bellasyard.com. We will be more than happy to look into the reason for the delay.

Once we have processed your order (in 24-48 hours), you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from support@bellasyard.com that will include the tracking information for your order. You will be able to click on this tracking info to track your package as it travels to you. NOTE: Packages need 24 hours from the date of shipment to update in the shipping company's system. If you don't see an Order Confirmation email after placing your order OR the Shipping Confirmation email, please check your Spam/Junk folders as sometimes the emails can go into those folders. If you haven't received the emails in either of those folders, please don't hesitate to email us at support@bellasyard.com. We will be happy to look into the tracking information for the order and update you on its location.
Processing typically takes 24-48 hours. Shipping takes 3-8 business days for USPS Ground Advantage and 2-5 business days for Priority Shipping. For orders to Canada, it typically takes 2 weeks. For all other international orders, shipping is usually 2-1/2 to 3-1/2 weeks, depending on location.

We try to keep everything in stock but sometimes our pieces sell out quickly. We usually restock in 2-3 weeks. Feel free to reach out to us on our Facebook page or email us at support@bellasyard.com to see how soon we will be restocking.

On any page of our website, scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will see a purple bar. In that bar, there will be a white box that says ENTER YOUR EMAIL TO RECEIVE A 10% COUPON IMMEDIATELY. Once you enter your email there, you will be instantly subscribed. If you wish to unsubscribe, you can click the link at the bottom of the email to do so.
After you purchase from us, you will receive an email that has a link that you can click on and leave your review. We love hearing what you think of your purchase!
We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay and Meta Pay and Shop Pay (on orders over $50).
We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on unworn and undamaged jewelry! If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, just mail back (within 180 days) your undamaged, unworn jewelry and we will give you a full refund minus shipping.

We are happy to exchange UNWORN items purchased from our website. An exchange must be requested within 180 days of purchase and the items must be as new. All worn jewelry pieces are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.
We accept returns for refund within 180 days of purchase. For reasons of hygiene, we can only accept unworn jewelry. You will be notified by email when the refund has been processed and it may take up to 2 weeks to see it in your account depending on your bank/credit card company. Custom orders are non-returnable or exchangeable.
From the Account tab in the Shop app , tap the settings icon in the top right corner, and then tap Wallet. To add a credit card, tap the + button. To delete a credit card, tap on the credit card you'd like to delete, and then tap Delete. To change your billing address on an existing card, you need to delete and then re-add your card.
From the Account tab in Shop, tap the settings icon in the top right corner, and then tap Shipping addresses. To edit a shipping address, in the Manage addresses section, tap on the address that youβd like to change. Edit the fields that you need, and then tap Save address. To delete an existing shipping address, tap the trash can icon next to the address. To add a shipping address, tap + Add new address, enter your details, and then tap Save address.
After you update your shipping address, it appears when you check out using Shop Pay on future orders. If you want to update your shipping address for an order that's already been placed, then you need to email us at support@bellasyard.com AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
